In preparation for the launch of an Exhibit Upload application for Family cases, the Exhibit Upload applications for Small Claims and Unlawful Detainer cases will experience a temporary outage on Friday, January 2 from 1-5 p.m. Exhibit Upload applications for Small Claims and Unlawful Detainer cases will resume operation after 5 p.m. on Friday, January 2, with improved functionality including increased file size limits and the ability for litigants to view, re-number, re-name, and delete their own submitted exhibits.

The San Diego Superior Court is renewing calls for the public to beware of increasingly sophisticated and convincing scams.

In observance of the Christmas and New Year’s Day statewide holidays, the San Diego Superior Court will close all courtrooms and business offices on Thursday, December 25, 2025, and Thursday, January 1, 2026.

The San Diego Superior Court's web-based applications will not be available due to maintenance on Saturday, December 13 from 2-7 p.m. The Court's website will remain active, however, all applications (Registers of Actions, Exhibit Upload Applications, Scheduling Applications, Payment Portals, etc.) will be temporarily unavailable during the maintenance period.
