Mission Statement
The mission of the Anti-Bias and Legal Equality Committee (ABLE) is to maintain an environment in the San Diego Superior Court that is free of bias or the appearance of bias and to ensure all people using the courts, including the legal community, have experiences that are free from discrimination on any basis.
ABLE is comprised of judicial officers and attorneys who collaborate with justice partners to promote and support equal access to the courts through education and an informal, accessible, and fair reporting process.
