Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic Court closure, there will be delays in the processing of eFiled and over-the-counter filings submitted during and after the closure. Filings that were submitted prior to the Court’s closure will be honored for the date they were received. Any items, received after the closure will be honored for the date the Court reopens.
