Civil - Limited Jurisdiction (disputes involving $25,000 or less*)

If you wish to appeal a trial court decision on a limited jurisdiction civil matter (including Writs), that was heard in Central or North, your appeal will be heard by the Appellate Division of the Superior Court located at:
