The Superior Court provides a Small Claims Advisor at no cost. The advisor is available to assist with small claims issues and procedures. An advisor is available at each location, with the exception of the Ramona Branch.
The advisor helps litigants with cases on a walk-in basis only, and no appointment is necessary. Advisory hours are different for each court location. Check our Locations page for advisor hours and locations.
