East County Regional Center
The East County Regional Center is a facility occupied by the Superior Court, Sheriff, Probation, District Attorney, Revenue and Recovery, and the Board of Supervisors. The East County Regional Center hears Criminal, Family and Juvenile Dependency cases. The court is supported by calendar, jury services, arbitration, exhibit, and business office sections. D-14 is the only department hearing civil cases.

There is no longer a Civil business Office on the first floor. Only the following documents should be placed in the D-14 drop box for processing if the clerk is not in the department:
- Ex parte applications for hearings set within 3-5 days
- Motions in limine for trials set within 3-5 days of trial date
- Trial briefs
- Oppositions / replies to formally noticed motions
- Joint Trial Readiness Conference Reports
All other Civil documents must be filed at the Civil Business Office in Central at
