There is no longer a Civil and Small Claims business office on the third floor. 

Civil Harassment and Elder/Dependent Adult Abuse Temporary Restraining Orders are filed at the Family Law Business Office located on the third floor. The Civil Temporary Restraining Order Clinic, located on the first floor in Room 158, offers assistance in completing the required court forms.  Assistance is offered on a first come, first served basis. Please refer to the Legal Aid Society of San Diego's website for the clinic schedule.

All other Civil documents must be filed at the Civil Business Office at the Hall of Justice (330 West Broadway, San Diego, CA 92101).

From I-805 (either direction)

Take the H Street West exit.

Merge onto H Street.

Turn left on Third Avenue.

From I-5 (either direction)

Take the H Street East exit.

Merge onto H Street.

Turn right on Third Avenue.

Parking
Parking is available around the courthouse. Please park in designated 'public' areas.
Metered parking is also available on the streets surrounding the courthouse.
