Landlord/Tenant (Unlawful Detainer)

A landlord files an Unlawful Detainer civil action to try to evict a tenant that he/she claims no longer has the right to live on the premises.

Where to File

All Unlawful Detainer actions must be filed in the Central Division of the San Diego Superior Court at the Hall of Justice located at 330 W. Broadway, Room 225, San Diego, CA 92101.
