Pleading Not Guilty
  • You may plead not guilty to an infraction and request a court trial date through the mail, in court or at the counter in our business office, or
  • You may plead not guilty and request a Trial by Declaration.
  • You must post full bail for a court trial or a Trial by Declaration. Credit card payments cannot be accepted for requests to set a case for a court trial or trial by declaration
